We had a customer on the weekend ask if we only hired local idiots. Someone should of told him the out of townees won't come this far to take this crap. It is amazing the power customers think the clerks are given in the running of the store. We don't control staff, hrs, stock and anything else.

Damn Tim Horton's coffee cups
When did taking your coffee into stores to shop become the norm. Most store have signs posted about no food, drink, in stores. And guess what, the clerks hate walking around picking up empty cups, or worst half empty cups off shelves or the stock in the store. What is this thing about drinking coffee everywhere you go!
